Welcome to TeleDirectMD. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and telemedicine services. By booking an appointment or submitting information through our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services:
TeleDirectMD offers non-emergency medical care via synchronous (real-time) video consultations with a licensed physician. Services are available only in U.S. states where Dr. Parth Bhavsar is actively licensed to practice.

2. Medical Emergencies:
TeleDirectMD does not manage medical emergencies. If you are experiencing symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, severe bleeding, or loss of consciousness, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Eligibility:
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian present if you are aged 6–17.
- You must physically be located in a state where TeleDirectMD operates at the time of your consultation.

4. Telemedicine Consent:
By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to receiving medical care via telemedicine. You understand the limitations of virtual care and may be advised to seek in-person follow-up.

5. User Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete health information
- Use the platform only for lawful, personal healthcare use
- Follow all post-visit care instructions and prescriptions responsibly

6. No Guarantee of Treatment or Prescription:
The use of TeleDirectMD does not guarantee a prescription or diagnosis. Care is delivered at the discretion of the treating physician based on clinical appropriateness.

7. Fees and Payment:
All services are self-pay unless explicitly covered by a participating plan. You agree to the posted fee at the time of scheduling.

8. Intellectual Property:
All text, graphics, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of TeleDirectMD and may not be reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability:
TeleDirectMD is not liable for damages arising from misuse of this website, or delays in care related to technical limitations or patient misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in a court of competent authority within Georgia.
