We built TeleDirectMD on a simple but powerful philosophy: quality care comes from real doctor-patient relationships — not volume or automation.
Unlike many telehealth apps that rely on rotating providers or non-physician staff, every TeleDirectMD visit is conducted personally by Dr. Parth Bhavsar, a board-certified family medicine physician.
Our mission is to deliver authentic, patient-focused care that blends technology with genuine medical expertise. That means:
Direct access to the same licensed physician each time — no chatbots or anonymous call-center care.
Flat-rate transparency: just $49 per visit, no memberships or hidden fees.
Multi-state availability: care across 25 + U.S. states with ongoing expansion.
Real continuity: follow-up guidance, prescription refills, and soon, integrated lab partnerships (Quest Labs & LabCorp).
TeleDirectMD isn’t built to replace your doctor — it’s designed to make trusted medical care easier to reach when and where you need it most.
🌟 Our philosophy: combine compassion, convenience, and clinical excellence — every visit, every patient, every time.

Our name — TeleDirectMD — reflects exactly what we stand for:
making high-quality healthcare simple, direct, and personal.“Tele” means you can access medical care from home or anywhere, without taking time off work, sitting in a waiting room, or traveling while you’re sick. Our goal is to make care convenient, compassionate, and accessible through secure telemedicine technology.
“Direct” represents the way we practice medicine — there’s no middleman, call center, or third-party algorithm standing between you and your physician. Every patient speaks directly to a board-certified doctor, not a chatbot or a rotating provider network.
“MD” means you will always see a licensed physician — never a mid-level provider or automated system. Each visit is personally conducted by Dr. Parth Bhavsar, a board-certified family medicine doctor committed to real, patient-centered care.
At its heart, TeleDirectMD is about restoring the relationship between patient and physician — using technology not to replace that connection, but to bring it closer to home.
