  • We currently serve patients who are physically located in the following U.S. states at the time of their visit: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin We’re constantly expanding — so if your state isn’t listed yet, check back soon.

  • We treat over 30 conditions including:
    - Erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation
    - Acne, rosacea, hair loss
    - UTIs, sinus infections, allergies
    - Birth control, medication refills

  • All visits are with Dr. Parth Bhavsar, a board-certified family medicine physician licensed in over 25 U.S. states. You’ll never speak with a chatbot or nurse practitioner — just a licensed MD.

  • No. We charge a flat $29 per visit — no hidden fees, subscriptions, or insurance hassles.

  • Yes. If medically appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to any pharmacy in your state.
    Note: We do not prescribe controlled substances (e.g., Adderall, Xanax), and we do not complete prior authorization forms.

  • Click “Book Appointment” to choose a time that works for you. Visits are via secure video — no app required. Just use your smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.

  • Yes. Dr. Bhavsar is fully licensed in every state we serve. You must be physically located in a licensed state at the time of your appointment.

  • We see children age 6 and up for common acute concerns such as pink eye, sore throat, or allergies. We do not treat children under age 6 at this time.

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted during online checkout. Payment is collected at the time of booking.

  • Yes. If medically warranted, we can provide a work or school excuse note for up to 3 days.
    We do not backdate notes under any circumstance.

  • Yes. All visits are 100% confidential and conducted on a HIPAA-compliant platform. Your health information is never shared without your consent.
