Our medical-benefit contract is with UnitedHealthcare (payer ID 87726). Optum Care, Optum Behavioral Health, and OptumRx are separate Optum-family entities — only UnitedHealthcare's medical-benefit network covers our visits. If your card says 'Optum' only, call the member number on the back to confirm UHC medical benefits before booking.

If you have UHC Navigate, UHC Charter, or the Colorado Doctors Plan, you are not in-network with TeleDirectMD in Colorado — these are narrow-network products UHC limits to specific in-state physical clinics. Standard UHC Choice, Choice Plus, Options PPO, and UHC Medicare Advantage in Colorado are in-network.

Our UnitedHealthcare contract in Illinois, Minnesota, and Texas is commercial-only — UHC and AARP UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans are not included in those three state contracts. UHC Medicare Advantage is in-network in our other 14 UHC states. If you have AARP UHC Medicare Advantage in IL/MN/TX, use the $79 self-pay rate.

Log into myuhc.com or the UHC app, or call the member services number on your card, to see your exact copay before booking.
